We are seeking another full time solicitor (0 to 3 years PQE) to join our mental capacity team to work alongside the Directors, Nicola Mackintosh KC (Hon) and Zena Soormally Bolwig, and our excellent and committed team of solicitors and paralegals. The group is regularly instructed by the Official Solicitor to the Senior Courts, advocacy agencies and lay individuals in vulnerable adult protection cases. It has been busy advising on diverse issues such as challenges to deprivation of liberty under the Mental Capacity Act and other health and welfare and property and affairs cases.
